Harry is co-head of our private equity practice. He advises sponsors and their portfolio companies on transactions throughout the investment life cycle, including public and private acquisitions, carve-outs, equity investments (with a particular focus on minority and downside-protected investments), reorganisations, recapitalisations, management incentivisation arrangements, governance matters and the full range of exit routes including sales, business combinations, continuation funds, IPOs and direct and indirect listings.

He is also closely involved with the firm’s social mobility and Law Springboard programmes.

    • the carve-out and sale of its UK unsecured mortgage servicing business and related back-book to Intrum
    • its investment in, and subsequent acquisition of, Eagle Street partners
    • its investment in, and subsequent acquisition of, Maslow Capital

  • Blackstone on various matters, including:
    • its investment in Prima Assicurazione

In 2017, Harry spent six months on secondment to Blackstone, working closely with its Tactical Opportunities business.

Harry is a ranked as an up and coming partner in Chambers and Partners and is a recommended individual in Legal500, in each case for high value private equity deals.  He has also been named as a rising star in the 2019 and 2020 editions of LegalWeek’s “40 under 40” in Private Equity and amongst MergerLinks’ 2023 top 30 young UK PE lawyers.
